Roland Eng is Ambassador-at-Large and Advisor to the Royal Government of Cambodia.
Mr. Eng served as the Cambodian Ambassador to the United States between 1999 and 2004. Between 1994 and 1999, he resided in Bangkok helping to re-establish Cambodia’s diplomatic relations with Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
In 1992, Mr. Eng actively participated in the Paris Peace Agreement which established UNTAC, the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia. In addition to serving on the Progressive Economy board, Mr. Eng also serves on the boards of various other foundations, including the boards for Friends of Khmer Cultures, Anjalihouse, and Sobbhana Women’s Foundation.
